Check-In and Check-Out Times
Normal Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving later than 10:00 PM, please let us know by calling our front desk on the date of arrival at 231-436-5304 for special check-in arrangements. Check-out time is prior to 11:00 AM.
Cancellations
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 72 hours, (3 days) prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation without penalty. For those guest that must cancel less than 72 prior to arrival, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation and that your credit card on file will be charged for payment in full.
No Smoking
Absolutely no smocking inside any of our rooms or within 100 feet from room entrances; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
No pets or therapy animals
No pets or therapy animals allowed anywhere on hotel property.
Registered guest only
Only registered guest are permitted on our property, unless prior approval is obtained from Lighthouse View Motel Management
No personal music
No personal music allowed in the pool area or any other motel property area without headphones.
